Contact Resolution was co-founded by husband and wife team, Scott and Nicole Nicholson, who bring 40+ years of combined corporate experience leading teams and organizations to efficiently implement and manage business processes.

Scott’s formal education in mechanical engineering and a masters in business provided opportunities to lead operational, business development and marketing strategy efforts in various executive roles and industries including, manufacturing, management consulting, healthcare and business process outsourcing.

Nicole’s accounting education and experience as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) took her to a multi-national professional services firm where she managed teams to provide business process services to a wide variety of companies, eventually starting her own independent consulting business to help her clients implement and manage business processes in a more focused one-on-one approach.
